Ashwini Kumar Nanda brings with him over 4 years of hands-on teaching experience. As a passionate educator and visionary leader, he has mentored numerous students, helping them unlock their potential and achieve academic excellence.
With a deep understanding of student psychology and rural education challenges, Ashwini founded Topper Wallah with a mission to create a platform that nurtures future aspirants — not just for exams, but for life.

Subhasis Mohapatra is the Co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer of Topper Wallah, where he leads the brand’s growth strategy, communications, and market expansion. With a background in Human Resources and Marketing, and a strong operational mindset, he brings a dynamic blend of people management, strategic thinking, and business development expertise to the organization.
Prior to co-founding Topper Wallah, Subhasis served as an Operations Manager, overseeing critical functions across three verticals:
- Internal Partner Team
- Field Partner Team
- International Business Operations
His experience in managing cross-functional teams and executing scalable systems has been instrumental in shaping Topper Wallah's identity — not just as a coaching institute, but as a fast-growing educational brand with national aspirations.
